Main Menu
Quick Play: The fastest way to get in the game with minimum effort.
Level Select: Allows you to pick one of the 4 levels available, and also to select between freeride and arcade mode.
Gear Select: Allows you to pick one of the 3 foils to suit your playstyle.
Credits: Who contributed to the game and also some copyright/trademark notices.

Level Select
When starting out, Tranquil lake or Deserted Island are probably the best bets, as the waves are very small and will help you grasp the basics.
Rocky and Sandy Island are where the much larger waves are, and are great choices to progress to.
Freeride mode is an unlimited time session where you can ride to your hearts content, improving your coordination or just having a good explore.
Arcade mode is something to test yourself on, once you've improved.
You have 5 minutes to get the highest score you can - it will track your tricks and tally them up, and also score you one your speed and flow in your manoeuvres - the highest score will be where you can maximise both.

The Trek is the slowest, most manoeuvrable and most forgiving foil, with the Plasma being the fastest, least forgiving and slowest turning foil, with the Tracer being a happy blend of the two.
